Import orders

Easy synchronization of customer deliveries

Daily orders can be imported automatically from ERP / TMS systems or Excel files. Each order must have a name or an internal number/id, pickup location (in case of multiple warehouses), client’s delivery location, loading and unloading duration. Optionally, each order can have:

• Priority: low, normal, high
• Delivery date and/or time interval
• Capacity: weight and volume
• Accepted vehicles
• Specific attributes, for example FRIGO, ADR

Planning daily orders in three steps:

1. Create a new plan and select dispatchable orders (new orders or undelivered orders from previous plans).
2. Select available or specific vehicles/drivers and adjust parameters like starting or finish locations (office, warehouses), traffic conditions and activity time factors
3. Generate optimized routes based on priority, delivery time window, capacity and mutch more

Dispatch application explores thousands or millions of possible routes in seconds and suggest the optimal route that saves time, mileage, and fuel. The algorithm calculation is based on accurate road data, resulting in reliable, realistic and workable route plans for available drivers.

Dispatch routes to drivers in a single click. Dispatch mobile application is simple and intuitive and drivers find out early where their daily delivery routes goes.

Drivers stay on track, having all the information needed to make deliveries on time:

• Loading and unloading details: time, warehouse, waiting times at customer location
• Route distances and estimated driving duration
• Google Maps navigation
• Lunch and rest breaks

Tracking

Track drivers and deliveries in real time

Integration with GPS Tracking systems will get vehicle positions in real time in order to track deliveries for deviations or delays against planned routes.

Geofencing technology makes it easier for managers to keep track when drivers enters specific areas, by automatically checking drivers in and out of those locations.
